CAREER OBJECTIVE

Support Engineer with years of experiences in providing comprehensive technical support to end-users. Collaborate with team and Managers to complete the task in time with the ability to discover issues, resolve defects and ensure client expectations are met with high-quality support.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Experienced and professional IT Support team member with training in many technical areas, from resolving issues to configuring and installing systems. Well regarded for being a strong communicator and team-player with colleagues and clients, I am now seeking to expand my current skills in a new, challenging environment within a new company that values my proven track record of excellent client-customer service and technical skills.

I would love to work with WordPress according to the client’s needs. Note, I’m not a die-hard programmer but I would love to do customization works with WordPress Themes, plugins.

My first professional experience was as a Junior Web Developer alongside Technical Support & Customer Support in a local IT Firm ( Soft Tech Innovation Ltd & Aamarpay).

After that, I worked (Remote) for an American hip-hop website from Jun 2016 to March 2018 as a Website Admin. Here’s my main role is maintains the Website wp-admin panel, Blog/Vlog Post, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Customize Website, Giving Support to the website’s Clients.
Then I joined at an Overseas Recruiting Agency as a Project Incharge and IT, Admin Executive. As a job responsibility, I have to support & consult more than 20+ foreign (Singapore, Maldives, Qatar) clients.

And now working as a Support Engineer at weDevs (Leading WordPress & SASS base company)

I successfully completed my first Secondary School Certificate Degree from Chuadanga Academy. This institute is under Jessore Education Board.

I really felt nostalgic when I remember my that school life sweet moment. Many many remarkable momenta are joint on that school lifetime- Friends, Teachers, Tuition, Hangout, Sports etc.

I successfully completed my Second Diploma in CSE Degree from Jessore Polytechnic Institute.This institute is under Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB).

My college life was so remarkable because of few moments like: First-time college hostel Life, Faculties, Friends, the growth of communication & interpersonal skills etc.

BSC IN CSE

My third Degree BSc in CSE is completed from one of a well-known university in Bangladesh Uttara University, Dhaka from 2017. This institute is Bangladesh Govt. UGC approved.

So finally before the pandemic situation take place (COVID-19) I completed my BSc Degree. Thank to Almighty.

I joined here as a Support Engineer year 2019 April.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Providing Support via HelpScout support tickets/ live chat for both free & paid products.
Troubleshooting, investigating, and creating detailed bug reports.
Taking ownership of technical issues and working with the Engineers team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
Provide pre-sales support and convince the customer to purchase.

This is my first company. I joined Soft Tech Innovation Ltd. as a Front-end, WordPress Junior Web Developer.

Here’s my main role was to make a responsive website with using WordPress premium theme, WordPress & Opencart Theme Customization, HTML, CSS Bug Fixing. Also, create an e-commerce online store with Opencart and WordPress premium themes.
